Grand Opening Event a Success!
I really wanted to have a grand opening event when I opened my studio in Farmington but I never got around to it. Something held me back. Maybe it was just trying to keep up with work for my clients, maybe I thought it wouldn't be worth the effort.
Anyway, as Teresa and I work to improve ourselves and our business we decided that this is something that we must do. With much encouragement from our mentors Jerry & Sondra, this time our Grand Opening Event became a reality.
I tried to put on a few industry networking events at the former studio and they never seemed to materialize. Not enough people invited, very few could make it.
This time was different.
I couldn't believe the turnout that we had. Another thing that made it so special was the cross-section of guests that made the effort to stop by and wish us well: clients, colleagues from the past and present, friends, neighbors. It was like "watching my life pass before my eyes" as the saying goes.
We had guests that traveled across town and others that came all the way from New Jersey.
Teresa and I were really moved by the entire experience. We are so grateful to all of our fans, new and long-time ones. We love you!
Thank you for the gifts, flowers, wine and cards and especially your belief in us and what we do for the our clients and the community.
